Customer books again
- Annual air-conditioning service
- Hot-water inspection
- Pool-equipment maintenance
- Garage-door servicing
You finish the job. Then the follow-up gets forgotten.
Service work is often lost because nobody remembers to contact the customer when maintenance is due. The customer eventually searches Google, asks someone else, or waits until the equipment breaks.
Without BuildPulse
- Customer details sit in invoices or spreadsheets
- Service dates are forgotten
- Follow-up depends on memory
- Another business gets the next call
With BuildPulse
- The next service date is recorded
- Reminders are sent automatically
- Booking takes a few taps
- The request comes back to you

You already won the customer once. BuildPulse helps bring them back.
Stop relying on memory to generate repeat work. Your past customers shouldn’t have to search Google when service is due.
Enter the details once. BuildPulse handles the follow-up.
Simple enough to do with one hand on your phone before you pack up the ute.
Step 1
Record the job
Add the customer, the work completed and the next recommended service date using a fast mobile form.
Step 2
BuildPulse remembers
The service date is stored and the follow-up is scheduled automatically — no diary, no spreadsheet.
Step 3
The customer is reminded
A branded SMS or email tells the customer that their service is approaching, with a link to act on.
Step 4
The booking comes back
The customer requests a service, a preferred timeframe or a callback in a few taps. It lands with you.
Already use stickers or service labels? Keep using them. QR service tags can also be added where useful — reminders don’t depend on them.
No website? No problem.
Every BuildPulse reminder opens a simple mobile booking page branded as your business. You don't need to build a website, install a plugin or ask customers to download an app.

Straight answers.
Is BuildPulse another job-management system?
No. BuildPulse is designed to work alongside the tools you already use. Its focus is service reminders, customer rebooking and repeat work.
Do I need a website?
No. BuildPulse can provide a branded mobile booking page that opens from the customer's reminder link.
Does the customer need an app?
No. The page opens in the customer's normal phone browser — no account and no download.
How does the customer receive a reminder?
The intended system sends a branded SMS or email based on the service date recorded by your business.
Can I still use my existing stickers?
Yes. Existing stickers can stay in place. BuildPulse handles the proactive reminder and booking process. Optional QR service tags may also be supported.
Does BuildPulse only work for air conditioning?
No. It is intended for installation and service businesses where maintenance, inspections, repairs or replacement work becomes due later.
Can customers book an exact appointment?
The early version may begin with booking requests, preferred timeframes or callbacks. Exact scheduling integrations can be considered after pilot feedback.
When will BuildPulse launch?
BuildPulse is currently recruiting Australian businesses to help validate and shape the pilot.
Stop letting service dates slip through the cracks.
Put customer reminders and rebooking on autopilot — without building a website or replacing the software you already use.
