The problem

You finish the job. Then the follow-up gets forgotten.

Service work is often lost because nobody remembers to contact the customer when maintenance is due. The customer eventually searches Google, asks someone else, or waits until the equipment breaks.

Without BuildPulse

  • Customer details sit in invoices or spreadsheets
  • Service dates are forgotten
  • Follow-up depends on memory
  • Another business gets the next call

With BuildPulse

  • The next service date is recorded
  • Reminders are sent automatically
  • Booking takes a few taps
  • The request comes back to you

You already won the customer once. BuildPulse helps bring them back.

Stop relying on memory to generate repeat work. Your past customers shouldn’t have to search Google when service is due.

How it works

Enter the details once. BuildPulse handles the follow-up.

Simple enough to do with one hand on your phone before you pack up the ute.

  1. Step 1

    Record the job

Add the customer, the work completed and the next recommended service date using a fast mobile form.

  2. Step 2

    BuildPulse remembers

The service date is stored and the follow-up is scheduled automatically — no diary, no spreadsheet.

  3. Step 3

    The customer is reminded

A branded SMS or email tells the customer that their service is approaching, with a link to act on.

  4. Step 4

    The booking comes back

The customer requests a service, a preferred timeframe or a callback in a few taps. It lands with you.

Already use stickers or service labels? Keep using them. QR service tags can also be added where useful — reminders don’t depend on them.

No website required

No website? No problem.

Every BuildPulse reminder opens a simple mobile booking page branded as your business. You don't need to build a website, install a plugin or ask customers to download an app.

Who it's for

Built for work that needs servicing again.

Each business runs its own BuildPulse account and its own reminders. These are the categories where repeat service work is most predictable.

Benefits

Less chasing. More repeat work.

BuildPulse is built around one outcome: the next job at that property comes back to you.

Automatic follow-up

Stop relying on memory, diaries and spreadsheets.

More repeat service work

Bring previous customers back when maintenance is due.

Easy booking

Customers can request service or a callback in a few taps.

No website required

BuildPulse supplies the branded booking page for you.

Less administration

The customer and job details are already attached to the request.

Stay top of mind

Reach the customer before they search for another provider.

Optional extra

Use your existing sticker — or add a smarter tag.

Many installers already leave their contact details on the equipment. BuildPulse works with that. You can also add a QR service tag so customers can open their service page whenever they like.

Keep your sticker

Ordinary branded stickers can stay exactly as they are. Reminders don’t depend on a scan — the link can go straight to the customer by SMS or email.

Add a QR tag if useful

A QR service tag on the unit lets anyone at the property open the same booking page at any time. It’s optional, not the core of the product.

Your sticker waits to be noticed. BuildPulse contacts the customer when service is due.

Does the customer need an app?

No. The page opens in the customer's normal phone browser — no account and no download.

How does the customer receive a reminder?
